Tour the farm.
Stay for lunch.
A guided walk through the farm, top to bottom, substrate prep, the mycology lab, every species in production. In Thai or English, family friendly. Two ways to visit: a short tour with a skewer tasting, or the longer one with a full lunch from our test kitchen.

Whatever the morning gave us.
This is brand new for us. We’re not running a restaurant, just a small personal test kitchen on the farm where we cook our favourite ways to enjoy what we grow. The menu shifts day to day with whatever’s freshest, and mushrooms are always at the centre of the plate.
Som tam with crispy pink oyster, gai yang lion’s mane, mixed mushroom laarb, fried mushrooms with dipping sauces, five or six dishes from the day’s harvest.
How the visit goes.
Pick an option, a day and a time. We’re open Thu–Mon, 10am–5pm.
30–45 minutes through the grow rooms with the team, in Thai or English.
Skewer tasting on the farm, or sit down for five or six dishes family-style.
Before you visit
Earthling is a working mushroom farm, so your tour and lunch happen right in the middle of production.
- You’ll dine among the mushrooms while the team works
- Expect background activity, equipment hum, movement, the occasional clatter
- Seating is the air-conditioned shop or in front of the grow room (no AC, closest to the mushrooms)
- You may share with other small parties, a lunch-club kind of thing
- Dress comfortably. It’s less polished than a restaurant. That’s the point.
