• Prompt Refrigeration Needed: Use the tracking info provided to receive and refrigerate your order within an hour of delivery to ensure freshness.

3. Shipping Shelf-Stable Products:

• 35 THB Nationwide Shipping: For orders with only shelf-stable items, we offer 35 THB shipping across the nation with Kerry Express.
• Estimated Delivery: Delivery dates or times can't be guaranteed as they depend on the carrier, but we provide estimated timelines.

4. Bangkok Same-Day Delivery:

• Grab Delivery: For our Bangkok customers, we offer same-day delivery for all our products (unless preordered or specified otherwise) via Grab.
• Dynamic Pricing: Please note that the pricing for Grab delivery is subject to change due to courier market price fluctuations.
